New Registration
Procedure!
All players
will register online for the 2008 Southern Sectional
Championships. Online
Registration will be available June 2nd. Captains must
notify their State League Coordinators within 7 days of
their state tournament if the team will not attend the
Southern Sectional Championships. Players must be current USTA Members and
have played at least 2 matches during 2008 season. A
minimum of 8 players for Adult teams and 6 players for
senior teams are required for a complete team entry. (
2.5 and 5.0 levels need minimum of 5 players)
Registration fee is $21.00 per player.

TEAM CAPTAIN’S CHECK IN MEETING - Captains may check in
teams on Friday, July 18th (1st half) and
Wednesday, July 23rd (2nd half) beginning at 4pm
with a MANDATORY TEAM
CAPTAIN’S MEETING at 6:00 p.m. on your team
registration date (evening prior to your level's first
day of play). At this meeting, you will receive
important information about the tournament. The meeting
will be hosted at the Host hotel, Renaissance Riverview
Plaza 63 South Water Street Mobile, AL 36602
SCHEDULE OF PLAY
The TENTATIVE Schedule of Play will be posted on the
USTA Southern Section website at
www.southernleaguetennis.com beginning Thursday, June
26, 2008. The FINAL Schedule will be given to captains
at registration. |
